2-armed robbers came away empty handed this morning, after attempting to hold up a restaurant in watsonville. The 2-masked suspects entered Fidel’s Mexican food on the 3-hundred block of airport boulevard, at 7 a.m. they demanded cash at gunpoint, and assaulted an employee. The worker refused to hand over money, and the 2-fled, after shooting at the ceiling. The employee suffered minor injuries, and did not require medical attention. The 2-suspects are still being sought.
