The jury trial has been delayed for 2-men accused of murdering 2-teenagers, and wounding 2-more in 2009. Matthew Ruiz and Albert Hernandez are accused of shooting and killing 14-year-old ociel montiel and 15-year-old rodolfo cristobal, while in a car on october 14th, 2009. They were driving near hartnell college, on the 7-hundred block of archer street, when the 2-allegedly opened fire. The trial was slated to begin on august 1st, however a monterey county judge agreed to delay it on Tuesday, due to emergency difficulties with one of the attorneys. The case is set to continue on june 2nd, when a new date could be set.
