Santa cruz police officers have determined that an earlier reported abduction was not a kidnapping. Officers located a black Cadillac that was being sought, after a woman was reported screaming for help as she was pulled into the car on north pacific avenue and water street. Officers have interviewed the woman and the reported suspect, and determined that the incident was not an abduction.
