a monterey county judge has forfeited the bail bond for a salinas woman accused of trying to sell her baby. 20 year-old samantha tomasini failed to make a court appearance on wednesday, and her bail bond was forfeited as a result. tomasini and 38 year-old patrick fousek are facing child endangerment charges after attempting to sell their 6-month old baby in front of a wal-mart last june. the couple has pleaded not guilty to all charges. the case is slated to return to court on may 18th.
