Salinas police officers arrested a 27-year-old man on Wednesday, after he allegedly tried to lure teenagers into his car outside of a middle school. Andrew gaytan was taken into custody after officers conducted a sobriety test, and determined that he was driving drunk. Officers had been called after a witness saw Gaytan trying to talk several 15-year-old girls into getting in his car near la paz middle school on north sanborn road. All of them refused. Gaytan was booked into Monterey county jail on dui charges, as well as 3-counts of annoying and molesting a child.
