2 men were arrested yesterday after they led law enforcement officers on a high speed chase….that ended around noon in carmel valley village, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and it ran into an embankment at the community park. 28 year-old castroville resident gabriel gomez and his 43 year-old passenger jeffrey brents were found to be in possession of stolen property, that had been taken from automobiles on highway 1, from point lobos to rocky creek.
