3-people were arrested on drug charges in Santa Cruz this weekend. 1-of the suspects also faces elder abuse charges, for creating an environment where illegal activity could have resulted in danger to an elder relative. The arrests came as officers conducted a probation check, on the 1-hundred block of Manor Place. 58-year-old Harvey Lynn Behrendt was arrested for being under the influence of a stimulant and elder abuse, as well as other charges. 41-year-old James Craft and 55-year-old Maureen May were also arrested for being under the influence of a stimulant.
