The approval means the planned construction actions will be forwarded to the city council for review. the commission also endorsed the idea of funding a study to make King Street into a bicycle road. City Council members are set to debate the list, including the approval of a 111-room hotel on Broadway street, at their meeting scheduled for Tuesday, at 7 p.m.
