SUPPORT FOR STOW 04-08-11 13:00 a.v.

Support continues for Bryan Stow, the 42-year old paramedic from Scotts Valley who suffered a severe skull fracture when he was severely beaten outside Dodger’s stadium after the Giant’s season opener on March 31st. Locally, a fundraiser will take place Monday night (April 11th) at the Palomar Restaurant in Downtown Santa Cruz. There will be a silent auction, raffle, and more from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Also on Monday, The San Francisco Giant’s season-opening home-stand against the Dodgers is expected to be dedicated to Stow. The team, along with Stow’s employer, American Medical Response, will partner to collect donations at the gates and throughout the ball park for the Bryan Stow Fund. A silent auction will also be held during Monday’s 7:15 p.m. game with all proceeds going to the fund for Stow.
