Work to replace a broken drain pipe, which ruptured over 2 weeks ago underneath a Capitola Mobile Home Park, has been completed. City crews and Granite Construction replaced the storm drainpipe under the Pacific Cove Mobile Home Park. The broken pipe, in combination with heavy rains, led to flooding during two separate occasions, on March 24th and the 26th. Granite crews are expected to remain on site over the next week back filling and regrading the area.
