A sanity review has been delayed for an Aptos mother accused of killing her 3-year old daughter nearly 2-and-a-half years ago. A Santa Cruz County judge ruled yesterday to delay a mental health review for Veva Virgil, who has been charged with suffocating her daughter, Isabella Grace Martinez to death in a Watsonville Motel room in November of 2008. A San Francisco psychiatrist is expected to review a progress report in court mid-June.
