A Felton man, who’s been reported missing for nearly 2 weeks, was found dead yesterday afternoon in a river bed of a Santa Cruz County Park. 58-year old Timothy Cates went missing from his residential facility on Rose Acres Lane in Felton on March 23rd. Cate’s remains were discovered by a family of hikers near a picnic area in Henry Cowell State Park at around 2:20 p.m. The cause of death is being investigated, meanwhile, no foul play is suspected.
