Police in Santa Cruz County say 2 burglaries were reported 2-and-a-half hours from each other in the Seabright area Wednesday morning. The first report was received at 4 a.m. after a Soquel Avenue shop, that sells motorcycle apparel and accessories, was broken into. The intruder reportedly broke in to the store by cutting a hole though the wall of an empty business next to the shop. At 6:30 a.m. a suspicious person was seen walking out of Gault Elementary School and fleeing on a bike.
