1 of 2 men charged in connection with attempting to kill 5-people in January, pleaded not guilty yesterday. Police arrested 19-year old and known Norteno gang member, Julio Rodriguez Monday on 5 counts of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and related gang crimes for the January 20th incident that occurred on the 500 block of Cesar Chavez Way.The owner of a Soledad home, where Rodriguez was hiding, 43-year old Enrique Lopez, was also arrested on suspicion of harboring a fugitive.
