A vehicle stop in Salinas Friday led to the arrest of a man on probation after he was found with drugs and drug selling equipment. 24-year old Louis Armando Perez of Salinas was taken into custody shortly before 2:30 p.m., after officers smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of Perez’s car and backpack led to the discovery of marijuana, hashish, a digital scale, a large amount of cash, and packaging for the sale of narcotics.
