The trial for a convicted Monterey County rapist may occur at another county. The defense attorney for Pacific Grove businessman, Tom Pollacci, is expected to file a motion next month seeking to move the trial. Pollacci, who raped 2 women between 2007 and 2008, is serving 8-years for a rape conviction last year. He is scheduled to be tried on the new charges this summer, and would face life in prison if convicted.
