Power was restored shortly before noon today to 1,700 PG&E customers in the Rio Del Mar area of Santa Cruz County. PG&E crews responded to the outage just before 8 a.m. after some tree branches fell on power lines at Freedom Boulevard and Soquel Drive. Customers were affected on parts of Rio Del Mar Boulevard, Clubhouse, and Cathedral Drives.
