5-clerks were cited in Scotts Valley over the weekend, for allegedly selling alcohol to minors. The operation by the Scotts Valley Police Department involved sending underage decoys into 9-locations around the city. The 5-clerks who were cited face a punishment of a fine of at least 250-dollars, and the possibility of community service and a suspended or revoked liquor license.
