A man who had been watned in santa cruz since Tuesday, was arrested today, on charges of attempted sexual assault. 39-year-old keith Rodriguez was arrested at the santa cruz police department on center street, at 2:15 this afternoon. Police officers had told Rodriguez to come to the station because there was a problem with his registration as a convicted sex offender. Keith Rodriguez is required to register with the police department every 30-days, because he is also homeless. He is accused of brandishing a knife at a jogger on the san Lorenzo railroad bridge and demanding a sexual act. The victim ran away, and escaped unharmed.
