CORN’S SENTENCING DELAYED 02-24-11 19:50 a.v.

Sentencing was delayed this week for a Pacific Grove student charged in a drunken driving case that injured 4 classmates last year. The sentencing scheduled Wednesday for 19-year old Aaron Corn was delayed to March 10th because the Defense Attorney in the case asked for more time. Corn pleaded no contest to charges of drunken driving resulting in personal injury and auto theft last month. He faces a maximum sentence of 9-years and 8-months in jail for the February 21st incident when he crashed a Toyota 4 Runner on Skyline Forest Drive after a party in Pacific Grove.
