Authorities in Santa Cruz are investigating a fatality that occurred in aptos this morning. C-H-P officers are on the scene of the State Park Drive incident, investigating reports that a woman jumped from the overpass, onto Highway-1. Amulances were called to the scene, but were cancelled after the victim was declared dead at the scene. The incident was reported at 8:30 this morning. Northbound Highway-1 is shut down in the area of Rio Del Mar and State Park Drive.
