A Santa Cruz County Mock Trial competition has concluded, with students from Scotts Valley High School taking top honors. The team will move on to compete in the state finals, which are set to be held in Riverside, from March 25th to the 27th. The mock trial program has been sponsored by the santa cruz county office of education for 22years. This year’s case centered around the hypothetical case of assault with a deadly weapon, and cyber-bullying violatations.
