A Monterey county organization is again providing assistance with filing taxes. The Alliance on Aging in Monterey County is sponsoring the Tax Counseling for the Elderly program for the 34th year. The goal of the program is to provide assistance to low-income and elderly residents, with filing their state and federal income taxes.
