Santa Cruz city leaders are expected to update residents on certain topics during the Santa Cruz neighbor’s meeting tomorrow. Santa Cruz Mayor Ryan Coonerty and U.C. Santa Cruz Chancellor George Blumenthal are slated to provide the status on the city’s public safety, Climate Action Plan and Technology Task Force. Blumenthal is expected to discuss transportation, public safety and the university’s neighborhood relations initiatives, along with student enrollment, university employment and volunteerism. The meeting is slated for 7 p.m. in the Santa Cruz Police Department’s Community Room, at 155 Center Street in Santa Cruz.
