A man is being sought in Santa Cruz County after a Cabrillo College student was attacked Monday night. The 17-year old girl was walking to class from a covered parking garage on Soquel and Cabrillo College Drive at around 7 p.m. when the man attempted to physically assault her. The victim was able to push her attacker away. The man fled and was last seen driving away in a light-colored car. The suspect is described as in his 40s, from 5-feet, 6-inches tall to 5-feet-8-inches tall with a medium build. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Department or Cabrillo College.
