In an annual report released last week, the City of Salinas was ranked as one of the most miserable cities in the country. Salinas was ranked as Number 18 on the Forbes.com Most Miserable Cities List. One of the reasons why Salinas made the list include plummeting home prices – in the past 3 years home prices in the city fell 61%. Although Salinas did get recognized by the writers at Forbes.com for the best weather in the country.
