Scotts Valley city leaders are expected to discuss several issues tonight during it’s city council meeting. A design-review extension for 2 planned developments will be considered along with a one-year moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries. The council is expected to approve extending plans for a 46-unit town center homes townhouse project planned for Blue Bonnet Lane, between Kings Village and Bean Creek Roads. Council members are also expected to vote on extending the design review permit for 1-year on 10-duplexes and 20 town homes planned for the end of Lundy Lane off Mount Hermon Road.
