Students at Cabrillo College in Aptos will be able to now save on book costs by renting textbooks online. The partnership with the online textbook rental service known as “Chegg”, reportedly has more titles available for students than buying them at the bookstore, makes costly textbooks more affordable and easy to obtain. A school official says a book that costs $224 new could be rented for the term for $44, and the books will be shipped to and out of the school’s Bookstore.
