2 men were arrested in Salinas on charges of weapons possession with gang enhancements during a traffic stop yesterday. 33-year old Paul Boze was spotted talking on his cell phone when he was pulled over, officers then detected the odor of marijuana before the passenger of the vehicle, 21-year old David Sanchez, announced that he had a firearm in his possession. Police confiscated a tech-9 assault weapon before booking both Boze and Sanchez into Monterey County Jail.
