A man who has been identified as an active Norteno gang member on probation for gun crimes, was arrested in Seaside over the weekend during a routine traffic stop. Officers spotted the passenger of a vehicle try and hide something in the back of the driver’s seat just after midnight Saturday in the area of Del Monte boulevard at Canyon del Rey Boulevard. 19-year old Terral Golden was found to have several gun-related cases pending in Monterey County. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
