2 people were arrested Wednesday in connection with robbing a Scotts Valley Jamba Juice store this week. Police identified the getaway car used during Monday’s 6:15 p.m. robbery through surveillance video, and then noticed the car Wednesday on Highway-9 before pulling it over around noon for a high-risk traffic stop. 31-year old Rory Wayne Mcguigen and 28-year old Joy Thirza Greenburg were booked into Santa Cruz County jail on charges of armed robbery, conspiracy and child endangerment.
