Xmas Tree Pickup 01/09/11 11pm TDH

The cities of Watsonville and Santa Cruz have wrapped up their Christmas tree pick-up programs, however trees are still being picked up elsewhere in the county.  Just cut your tree into 6-foot lengths (or 3-foot lengths if you live in an unincorporated areas), and leave it by your trash on normal pick-up days.   In Capitola, trees are being picked up through this Saturday, the 14th.   Residents of unincorporated areas of Santa Cruz County can have their trees picked up through the 21st, and Scotts Valley residents can leave their trees curbside until the 28th.
