3 people were arrested, and a 4th is being sought, in connection with a purse-snatching that occurred Wednesday night in a Capitola parking lot. The incident took place on bay avenue. 33 year-old east palo alto resident Enrique Godinez, and 2 teenagers were arrested. 18 year-old Hollister resident Juan Godinez (who is suspected of having driven the getaway vehicle) IS STILL BEING SOUGHT.
