2-of salinas’s library branches will remain open during the holiday week, with limited hours. city officials had planned on shuttering all library branches from december 23rd through january 1st. however now the cesar chavez branch and the john steinbeck branch will re-open from the 27th through the 1st, from noon to 4 p.m.
