3 Santa Cruz non-profits received over $7,000 yesterday from New Leaf Community Markets. The organizations, which include The Volunteer Center, Walnut Women’s Center, and Homeless Services Center, each received just over $2,400 The money was raised through the Food for All Program, a point-of-purchase retail program in which New Leaf customers either donated $1, $3 or $5 at the checkout stand.
