A 75-year old Santa Cruz man awaits sentencing after pleading guilty this week to committing lewd acts on a child. Raymundo Puentes Silva faces 12-years in prison after being arrested in October for allegations that he sexually assaulted the victim, who was 4 years of age at the time, from 1998 to 2006.
