Santa Cruz authorities confirmed today that the body of a man found yesterday in big basin park, was that of a missing Pennsylvania man. 57-year-old Jonathan Ian Frank had been missing since tuesday, when his car was found in the park’s parking lot. Sheriff’s Deputies report that a gun was found near his body (in the Berry Creek Falls area), and they believe Frank died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
