2 pounds of processed marijuana were seized this week from the home of a Santa Cruz man who was arrested 11 days ago. 42-year old Robert Bergner is being charged with possession of marijuana after a raid was conducted Tuesday on his home on the 17,000 block of Laurel Road, near Highway 17. Police also found 2 guns, ammunition, several marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia. Bergner was arrested on December 3rd at a downtown Santa Cruz parking lot after an officer smelled marijuana coming from his truck.
