An on-going criminal investigation into Monterey County agriculture thefts, led to the arrest of man was yesterday. Joseph Landa admitted to committing at least 5 grand thefts on agricultural property from Salinas to King City over the past several months. Thousands of dollars of stolen property including water pumps, small engines, pressure washers and more, were recovered after a search of Landa’s home was conducted.
