Salians Fire investigators believe a fatal fire at a house this week, was a case of suicide. Investigators believe 59-year-old Garrett Gould intentionally set the fire in a successful attempt to take his own life. Gould’s body was discovered at 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, at his house on the 15-hundred block of Caceras Circle.
