A man who’s been out on a 1-million dollar bond for domestic violence is now in Monterey County Jail after turning himself in over the weekend for a different domestic violence case. 34-year old Noah Encallado allegedly struck his girlfriend of 2 months on November 30th and threatened to kill her. The victim told a court bailiff, during a family court appointment in Monterey on December 4th that she had been assaulted and repeatedly threatened by Encallado. Encallado turned himself in Saturday on suspicion of domestic violence and making terrorist threats.
