CONVICTED ARSONIST PLEADS NO CONTEST 12-03-10 15:00 a.v.

A convicted arsonist pleaded no contest yesterday to starting a fire at a Boulder Creek store over the summer. 65-year old Larry Francis Bourdeau was arrested a day after a pile of papers, pinned to a bulletin board outside of the Mountain Store, were set on fire the night of August 21st. Surveillance footage revealed Bourdeau lit the papers on fire. He faces sentencing on February 11th. Bourdeau was also convicted for setting a newsstand on fire nearly 2 years at the Grog Shop in Santa Cruz.
