Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for those who stole equipment from a ranch near San Lucas yesterday. The incident occurred at approximately 9 a.m. when a report of several juveniles trespassed onto the Star Road ranch, removed a solar panel, along with a battery used to power an electrified fence. Both the panel and the battery were found buried underground wrapped in plastic. The juveniles were identified and charges are pending. The property was recovered and returned to it’s owner.
