A free health fair is being offered in Monterey County this weekend. Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula will host tomorrow’s event at it’s outpatient campus in Ryan Ranch at 2 Upper Ragsdale Drive from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities such as glucose screenings, blood pressure checks, lung screenings and “smoke checks, to determine cigarette consumption and exposure to 2nd-hand smoke, will be available, along with experts discussing heart disease, cancer, nutrition and other health topics.
