Free van rides to the San Joaquin Valley Cemetery in Santa Nella will be offered to veterans and their families this Saturday, Veteran’s Day. The program is being run by volunteers and is organized by the Monterey County Military and Veteran’s Affairs Office. The van stops in Monterey, Sand City, Marina, and Salinas, but can make stops in other places. The van is expected to depart around 9 A.M. On Saturday. To reserve a spot on the van, contact Joan Roberts at the Monterey County Military and Veteran’s Affairs Office.
