SUSPICIOUS PKG FOUND IN S.C. 11-01-10 11:30 a.v.
A suspicious package discovered this morning in Santa Cruz is being investigated. A bomb unit was called to the scene where the package was found on the 400 block of Swift Street as a precaution. Swift Street, between Delaware and Jeter Streets, was expected to be closed to traffic until noon.
