California lawmakers reportedly worked through the night reaching an agreement just hours ago. The Senate’s vote comes more than 3 months after the start of the fiscal year, as the state was preparing to issue I-O-Us to state contractors. The Senate’s approval came hours after the Assembly acted yesterday. The 87.5 billion dollar general fund spending plan is nearly 16-billion dollars less than the general fund just 3 years ago.
