GILROY SEXUAL ASSAULT ARREST 10-05-10 18:00 a.v.
An 18-year old Gilroy man was arrested without incident after sexually assaulting a 12-year old girl last month in Morgan Hill. Police say Juan Fabian Garcia assaulted the girl on the evening of September 25th while the girl was attending a party near Hill Road and San Pedro Avenue. Garcia was taken into custody from his Gilroy home and was booked into Santa Clara County Jail on 1 count of lewd act on a child.
