CARMEL CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S FATE UNKNOWN 09-23-10 17:50 a.v.
A decision has not been reached yet after a special session was held today (thurs) in Carmel to decide the fate of city administrator Richard Guillen. The Carmel City Council was expected to decide whether Guillen would be dismissed since the city settled a sexual harassment lawsuit this summer for $600,00 after he was accused of sexually harassing a female employee last year. City leaders emerged from City Hall at 4 p.m. this afternoon but had no comment for the public on Guillen’s status with the city. This was the 5th meeting to discuss what action, if any, will be taken against Guillen.
