FATAL STABBING IN MONTEREY - 09/22/10 16l:45 S.S.
A 21 year-old man faces a charge of homicide, after he fatally stabbed another man in his Monterey home early this morning. James Torrey Hill was still in the home on the 800 block of Casanova Avenue when Monterey police officers arrived. Hill’s victim, 26 year-old Matthew Finningan, was air-lifted to a trauma center, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later. Hill was booked into Monterey County Jail.
